Pricing and how it works, in plain words

Emargix is an online attendance platform. You create an event and its sessions, share a link or a QR code, participants sign on their phone, and you export a PDF attendance sheet. Nothing to install, for you or for them.

In four steps:

• Create the event (title, dates, sessions).
• Add participants one by one or import a CSV file, or simply share the event's public link or QR code.
• Each participant signs with a finger on their phone: the signature is timestamped and saved immediately.
• Follow attendance from the event page and download the PDF attendance register.

No. They open the link they received or scan the QR code at the entrance, fill in the requested details and sign. Only the organiser has an Emargix account.

Any recent smartphone, tablet or computer with a web browser. The signing page is light and designed for entry-level phones and unstable mobile connections.

The public website and the participant signing page are available in English. The organiser dashboard is in French for now; an English version is planned. Write to us if you need help getting started.

Free (free): 30 participants a month, 1 user. Pro (€25 a month): 300 participants a month, 3 users. Structure (€75 a month): 1,000 participants a month, 10 users.

30 participants a month and 1 user. The PDF of your first event is free (up to 5 sessions); after that, unlock an event with a Workshop Pass or move to a paid plan. Documents carry an Emargix watermark.

On Pro and Structure, nothing is blocked: each extra participant is charged €0.15 on Pro and €0.15 on Structure, added to your next renewal. On the Free plan, sign-ins beyond the quota are recorded but hidden until you upgrade or buy a Workshop Pass for the event.

Each participant counts once per month, however many sessions they sign. A three-day training with 40 participants uses 40, not 120.

Payments in euros are made by bank card from your account. For NGO contracts and large volumes, we can invoice and accept a bank transfer: contact us.

Yes. Every payment is confirmed by email with its invoice attached. Add your organisation's billing name and address in your settings so they appear on your next invoices.

Yes, with the Workshop Pass (€7.90, paid once for one event). For 7 days, the event's PDF has no watermark and sign-ins beyond the free quota are shown. The PDF attendance sheet stays unlocked afterwards.

Each signature is linked to the previous one by a digital fingerprint (a hash chain). Changing or deleting a line afterwards breaks the chain, and the integrity check shows it.

Extra checks you switch on event by event when a donor requires them: a photo of the participant when signing, an ID document number, the signing location, and automatic duplicate detection. They come with the audit pack: one PDF with the register, the signatures, the proofs and the anomaly log.

In credits: 1 credit per participant per event, whatever the number of sessions or options. Buy exactly what you need from 10 credits at €1.52 each, or a pack:

• 50 credits: €76
• 250 credits: €305
• 1,000 credits: €990

Only your organisation and the colleagues you invite. Data is strictly separated between organisations, and nothing is deleted automatically: your records stay available while your account is active.

The signing page is very light and works on slow mobile data. A connection is needed at the moment of signing so that the signature is saved and timestamped.
