Questions we are often asked
How do we prove to a donor that an attendance sheet was not forged?
Every signature is linked to the previous one by a hash chain. Changing or deleting a line afterwards breaks the chain and shows up in the integrity check, which is included in the audit pack you send to the donor.
What evidence can we provide for an audit?
The audit pack: one PDF generated in a click, with the participant register, the timestamped signatures, the proofs collected (photo, ID number, location when enabled) and the anomalies detected for the event.
Can participants without a smartphone sign?
Yes. The facilitator can hand over a tablet or phone and let each participant sign in turn on the same device, or print a blank sheet for the rare cases where no device is available.
How do we pay?
Outside the CFA franc zone, plans and credits are paid in euros by bank card. For programme budgets and larger volumes, we can invoice your organisation and accept a bank transfer: contact us.
